Our flat repair rates include parts, labor and return shipping. A limited number of repairs may require an extraordinary amount of replacement parts or require parts that are simply no longer produced by the manufacturer. In such cases, you will be contacted with the option to destroy the unit, fix it at a higher quote, or request return of the unit. If we cannot repair your product at the quoted price, you pay only the return shipping fee if you would like the product returned. No check or estimate fees! All work is guaranteed for 90 days.
You may use our Repair Submission Form when sending your item for repair. We also offer the form in text format so you may type the information. (Right click on the link and save the target file to your hard drive.)
How to request service?
- Carefully pack your product. We recommend shipping with insurance on your package. We cannot be responsible for incoming items damaged in shipping.
- Enclose a detailed description of problems with the appliance. Without the problem description, our repair staff will not know where to begin.
- You may pay by money order, cashier's check, Visa, or Mastercard. If you plan to pay by money order or cashier's check, please include payment with your item.
